Do you repair bikes that were bought elsewhere?
Yes. We repair and service bikes, e-bikes and cargo bikes of all brands in Hamburg-Nienstedten, no matter where you bought them.
When can I get an appointment?
All free drop-off slots are shown in the online calendar, Monday to Friday between 2 and 4 pm. Without an appointment you can come Monday to Friday from 2 to 6 pm.
What does a service cost?
Bike from €112, e-bike from €140, cargo bike from €180, including VAT. These are guide prices; we tell you the exact price before we start. More on the workshop page.
Are you a Bosch eBike service partner?
Yes. Jerxsen Fahrräder is an official Bosch eBike service partner and also works on e-bikes with Shimano motors.
